Join us for a fall foray! We will head out to Mt Hood National Forest for a 3 hour foray where we will learn about fall fruiting mushrooms. We will meet at a central location, and caravan to the foraging location from there. You can expect to learn about what fruits when and where, how to harvest, and talk about ways to preserve and cook your bounty. You may bring home what we find, but we cannot guarantee that everyone will find and harvest an edible mushroom.
